Software
The MACH® software
Behind the scenes
The software controlling the MACH® system runs on the server which provides web services allowing access by staff from any web browser. This means that there is no need to install ANY software on client machines. It also means that the system can be accessed remotely from another site or through a mobile device such as a smart phone, if required.
Regular support, maintenance and updates can be performed remotely by our skilled technicians without the need for a site visit or disruption to the operation of the system.
The software will run under Linux or Windows operating systems.
Data is held in an ANSI SQL database and supports automatic data archiving.
The user interface
The interface is fully configurable and gives a clear overview of room status and alarms. What is displayed can be set individually by user or for a group of users.
The language used throughout the interface is fully configurable and, again, can be individually set by user.
A comprehensive set of standard reports comes with the system but custom reports are easily created if required. Reports can be run automatically and can be exported for further analysis.
Management benefits
The system is easy to set up and the flexible operating parameters allow you to work the way that YOU want to, not the way that the system dictates.
Clear reporting and displays let you manage reception staff, cleaning staff and maintenance staff.
The MACH® system can also provide access control to other areas such as garage parking or sauna and leisure facilities.
Using MACH® card readers at entry points to the building gives an overview of staff movements and attendance.
Working with your existing systems
Information can be easily shared from the MACH® system with your existing building management systems (BMS) or hotel booking systems.
Guests can be asked to present cards for verification by a MACH® card reader at point of sale in bars and restaurants. The MACH® system can then pass the guest name and room number to the POS system.
